Very Poor.

I called to make sure there wasnt a wait, he said 30-45 minutes out the door, I get there and ask him if they could still do it in the time quoted,he told me he had never had anyone ask so many times how long it would take, 1 hour and 20 minutes later they were finally done, no appology just the bill.
The switches and storage pockets in the doors were soaked with water we had to clean up.
They dont have any respect for your car or time.

I am very sorry to hear you are not happy. We strive very hard to please every customer. You are correct in saying I told you 30-45 minutes to tint your front rollups. According to our records you were checked in at 3:13 and cashed out at 3:45 which is 32 minutes. I am not sure why you are saying you were here over an hour. As far as the water, if you remember I explained how much water we use, and that the dorr panels will remain wet for a little bit after installation. If we did not get them dried off to your satisfaction I am truly sorry. I wish you would have brought this to my attention before you left. I will be sure and let my shop foreman know about your complaint.
