We wanted to get a new shower door installed, and when we went to a plumbing supply house, they told us that it could take months to get the work done. They recommended that we try Premier One Improvements, Inc. We went to their showroom to look over what we wanted. A customer service rep helped us with our selection, and made recommendations to us - about what would look best considering the height of the door. Then, they came out and measured everything, and we ordered the product. It came in, and they let us know that they needed to inspect the glass and inspect the hardware. They did that, and we set the installation time. It took them about two hours to do the work. They went over the care of the door with us, letting us know not to use ammonia on it - but just to use the squeegee nightly to clean it. Overall, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They did a good job for us, and we were very happy!
