I had an excellent experience in using Premier One Improvements, Inc. They felt genuine, gave me a realistic time frame, and then followed up, and followed through with my front door installation. On the day of the installation, they were professional throughout. When they were stuck in traffic on the way here, I was informed of what had happened and where they were. My door came out great, and I've gotten many compliments from my neighbors, who love it!
I had actually learned about Premier One during a swap meet about eight years prior. I met the owner there, who was very professional. He provided me with a flyer and a quote, and said that as long as I had this information with me, he would honor it. Sure enough, when the owner himself came to do the initial measurements, I showed him the flyer, and true to his word, honored the quote on it, despite how much changed since that initial meeting.
I recommend them to everyone, and I have a small door that might need to be replaced, so I'll be reaching out to them soon.
