Our whole experience from sales/product presentation to installation was perfect, except for the substantial delay in installation. Frustrating, as we had the house interior and exterior painted and the target day for the door was prior to Christmas, but wasn't installed until six weeks later. The delay was probably unavoidable due to Covid restrictions and the backup of unloading at Long Beach Harbor. Door is beautiful, even better than the pictures and description, and the installers were professional, quick, clean and kept the work area protected. We have gotten many positive comments and can recommend Premier without reservation.
