Premier One Improvements, Inc. are excellent! They did an excellent job on my doors. There were some miscommunications of the doors with the manufacturer with ordering. Once Dave and Lisa were aware of the problem, they took responsibility for this even though it was not them that made the error. They took a significant cut in the amount they charged us for the doors, which were not cheap. My wife told me, "what shows a good company is knowing not everything, every time is going to be perfect, it's what you do when it doesn't that makes the difference." Premier One Improvements is a terrific testament to this. My doors look excellent, and when anyone comes over they cannot believe how wonderful they look. These are good people who stand by what they say, and you really cannot ask for anything more. For this reason, I have referred them many times.
