My first time using Premier One Improvements, Inc went pretty well. I had them come out a few months ago to manufacture two custom-made doors for my home and install them. I felt that the cost was a little high priced but they carry very good products. I thought it would be worth it. After the installation was completed I discovered a crack in one of the doors. I called the company to inform them. Customer service told me to send them photos of the crack and once they received them they would call me to schedule a time to come out and make the necessary repair. I took the photos and sent them off to the company immediately. I have not heard from them since and it has been over two months that have passed. I think I will try giving them a call again, although I feel that I should not have to. Good customer service should follow up with the customer and not the other way around especially after all the money that we spent.
