I love my new door bought from and installed by Premier One Improvements, Inc! My neighbors love it. People are asking me about it. It is fantastic. The installer was phenomenal. He was super nice, super clean, super neat, super organized and exhibited superior craftsmanship. I would use him for every project in my house if I could! The only reason I didn't give Premier a five-star rating is because of one small dissatisfaction. The screen door has a small tear (a slit, really) which I noticed the same day it was installed, but after the installer had left. Dave very nicely told me they would replace it, but unfortunately, I would have to go pick it up myself. Well, I live about 40 to 50 miles away from their location and picking it up is going to be a major hassle. I haven't gone yet. So that is why I gave Premier One Improvements, Inc a 4 1/2 star rating on service and overall experience.
