This was my first time using Premier One Improvements, Inc. They came out and installed a whole new front door including the frame, the glass, the screen door - everything. It turned out great. It's an absolutely beautiful front door, and the installation was great. We are moving in the next few years, and we really want to take the door with us!

They did have to come back out a couple of times. First, I had a little trouble with the deadbolt. They came out and oiled it, but it still isn't working quite right so I will have to call them out again for that. Then, I accidentally put a knick in the frame, and they weren't sure if they were going to be able to fix it or if I would have to purchase an entirely new frame. The scheduling to have this done wasn't very convenient for me because the guy who does it can only come on Saturday, and I am very busy on Saturdays. I made it work for one Saturday, and he did okay with fixing the knick, but then he had to spray paint the area, and it got bubbly there.

The door is very beautiful, and we happy with it, but there are a couple of issues that still need to be resolved. I am confident that Premier One Improvements, Inc. will get it all fixed up before it's over!
