Premier One Improvements, Inc. put in 13 windows for me and the experience overall was very, very good. They were excellent with regards to communication and they were on point with everything. They were on time, very knowledgeable and experienced, and the job was completed as expected. There was only one little hitch that was not their fault at all. One of the windows was cracked a little bit. They still installed it but told us they would replace it when the new one came in. Once the product arrived they came back out, popped the old window out and popped the new one in. It was very easy.

The pricing was very good. They beat everyone and we got quality windows. They called me the day before to ensure that we would be here and the workers were very clean and very professional. I highly recommend their service. I haven't had a dime's worth of trouble with them. They even did a follow-up call a few months later to make sure everything was working OK.
