We would like to thank the company and most especially Stephen the tech who showed up and did the work.
The first appointment resulted in a no show after taking time off work especially to be here for him. This was for kitchen sink fixture to be replaced. This cost us time and money. It took about a week to decide to call them again. I finally did and they sent Stephen. He gave us a fair quote, and then reduced it for time and work lost by me. It was 5:00p.m. and he asked me sign the contract right then. I asked why and he explained he was going to do it on the spot! It turned out to be quite a job in spite of having the exact same unit to replace it. Stephen stayed late and did an excellent job!
We will return for more service as long as they send Stephen! Excellent!
