No calls and no show for a Thursday at 5:00 p.m. appointment!
My phone rang off the hook the next day. The one that really caught my ear was the supervisor. He sounded angry with me, not his unreliable service people. Demanded to then come out on Saturday. Not only no, but heck no! I took time off for this appointment on Thursday. You cost me money! When asked what he could offer for my time and losses he replied they would show up?! What the He--!
Can anyone tell me why I should do business with these people? Oh, and no apology from anyone!
