I called and scheduled an estimate appointment with The Handyman Company, but no one ever showed up for my designated appointment time. When I contacted The Handyman Company about this, they said my call was taken by an answering service that they employ which is very poor and unreliable. They said I could wait at home the rest of the day and they would try and get someone out to see me. If you can't trust them to employ a reputable answering service to take customer calls, how can you trust them to hire reputable handymen to work in your home?
