Mike Hadaway is completing his work on replacing siding, house wrap, and flashing on a portion of my house. Along with this, he has painstaking caulked, taped, and painted all the necessary areas required to make the repairs waterproof. The finished product is attractive and extremely professional.

Mike is a man who is highly skilled in what he does and adept at finding creative ways to resolve housing construction problems that were created by the original builder and other tradesmen who have worked on this portion of the house. I am impressed with his character and his honest value system that is apparent when dealing with me, his customer. He works independently accomplishing arduous tasks without complaint of unpleasant weather conditions, hours, etc. He is professional in all aspects of what he does.

Needless to say, I am thrilled to have found a qualified person to do what others failed to do over many years. Another positive character trait of Mike's is the manner in which he sold the contract to me. He demonstrated his willingness to listen and explain what his skill set is qualifying him to accomplish the job and do it well. He managed to do all of this without being overly aggressive! As a customer, this is something I like! Words are not always adequate in expressing my gratitude to this really great guy! Please know how much I appreciate Mike's willingness to answer all of my questions, and so much more, insuring that the job would finally be done properly and according to the contract. My hope is that you will recognize his efforts and share my appreciation of what an outstanding employee he is.
