Their services seemed promising after the initial consultation, but it ended up being a total disaster. We were lied to several times by the repair man. He had absolutely no respect for our time. He showed up hours late every time he was supposed to come out then kept saying he would have to reschedule. We have jobs and can't be home waiting every day for him to show up when he feels like it. Then when we called the office to try to have it taken care of, they were incredibly rude and basically called us liars because their employee lied to them about the situation, and instead of listening to the truth, he hung up on us. I am appalled at the way we were treated and would never recommend this company to anyone.
