I had a gutter put on, some T11 siding, and two corners by the facia/sofia that needed replaced due to rotting. The gutter did not match my downspout and it wasn't until it rained did I notice that it was pouring from the end that met the downspout. When I went to prime the fresh wood that was replace on the corners I noticed that one corner wasn't replaced (and it was obvious that it was rotted). I don't know if what I was quoted was what I got; ya know the old saying, "You get what you pay for."
