Yesterday Rick Harvat replaced the inside guts of my toilet tank...He knew immediately what the
problem was, and went to purchase the parts needed to complete the job..He needed to remove
the toilet tank and when he went to put the tank
back into position he noticed it was leaking...He then used his own supplies to fix the leak and it just seemed like he kept running into issues with my toilet..everything was leaking...He was so very professional and calm during the entire process that he left me with the impression that he would do anything he needed to do to satisfy me, his customer...
I could not have asked for anyone better to do this job, and will certainly ask for Rick again.
He is the best!!!
