The Technician visiting my home for service had excellent knowledge and ability. AJ provided the needed service and also provided an update on previous service we had received. He was called to check on carpenter ants and successfully did that and then also checked and updated ChemTec traps for any possibility of field mice. AJ was thorough and helpful.
