Today I had Patrick Smack come to my house from chemtec and he was wonderful he did a thorough job of spraying for camel crickets in which I basically have a tone in my basement... he explained everything he did and told me all the sources of where they were coming from!!! He was not only super sweet but understanding of my irrational fear of bugs . He was great with explanation and what he did and what he added to the house such as dust and spray and traps !!!
