Had an emergency call as we saw a swarm of bugs. We called at noon and the tech, AJ Toribio, showed up later the same day. He was very personable and professional about the issue. He thoroughly inspected to bug problem and analyzed it. Unfortunately we found out that we have termites, but AJ was very responsive, walked me through the process, and said we should have the termite specialist by tomorrow. He also said he’d spray around the area. I also have to say my regular technician, Derrick, is also great as well. I’m definitely happy to have chemtec, they really have amazing service.
