I have had ChemTec for over 15 years. The technicians have resolved an infestation of carpenter ants and cave crickets. Both of which were bad. Their technicians are knowledgeable, kinds, and aware of environmental issues. They also make great recommendations to keep these problems from occurring again. I have taken all their advice and my house is free of bug problems for the past three years. I have a quarterly service because I live in an area with many trees want to ensure that my home is bug free.
The office staff is friendly and quickly schedule appointments to resolve problems. Each technician has been great. The cost for the quarterly service is competitive and the rates are fair. I would highly recommend ChemTec to anyone who has a pest issue
