Derrick was the technician who came out today for the initial evaluation and setup. He provided wonderful and professional service! He call 10 minutes before arriving and also arrive in the given appt time. He explained everything, and the safety of the chemicals. He also reminded me mainly time if there is any new problems, just give them a call and they will take care of the pest which is part of the monthly service! Very happy with the service already.
