My parents have been using ChemTec for nearly a year now for regular maintenance. Not only are they consistent with the regular sprays and visits to the home; but, they are always available and efficient immediately when there is any problem, arranging to be at your home right away. Recently we had a problem with spiders coming in and a few people getting bitten with some pretty annoying effects requiring antibiotics. ChemTec came out the next day and our specialist, Shawn Aughey spent the time to explain our options of how to treat the home, how it will effect us being in the home, what exactly it would take care of, and also helped us determine the best laid plan for everything. Now even though we called specifically about the spiders and we do have regular maintenance for other pests, we had just today noticed a bee wasp issue as well, which without question, Shawn took care of as well. After treating the area, he came in to explain that while spraying a roach was found (NOOOOOOOOOOOOO so gross) He took the time to explain what type it was, what it looked like, which helped us discover it wasn't us who had a problem with roaches, but rather it was the exact bug I've seen at work that the exterminator there lied saying wasn't a roach!!!! Shawn spent time patiently explaining everything we need to know about roaches and what we should do if they start to show up in the house and just how helpful ChemTec can be. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant, informative, and comforting. Shawn was an excellent representative and extremely knowledgeable of all pests and the best ways to deal with them. In the future we plan to request that he respond when we need assistance. Thanks Shawn and ChemTec!!
