I had my first service from ChemTec yesterday and Shawn Aughey came to rebait our termite traps and spray the outside of the house. He explained everything to me and addressed all my concerns about which pests I have seen (Spiders and Springtails) and explained what to look out for incase termite reappear, which was an issue we had resolved upon closing of the house 2 years ago. I would highly recommend this company and this technician!
