I used Pro-Tech for a home on 3-29-18. They were recommended by my Real Estate Agent. The inspector was very pleasant and personable. I have just had my furnace serviced for the winter and am told that due to
"codes I am required to have a sediment trap installed with hard pipe into my furnace. I am on natural gas and the home was built in 2012. I would think this item should have been notated on my report with the recommendation that this be corrected by a qualified HVAC company but now I have to pay for the repairs myself.
