Just a little... michael ghoka came in,clothes not suited for crawl space and attic and he did not go in them,,,said there wasn't room but he just didn't want to get dirty. I am disabled but was able to get in crawl space to repair two a/c heat registers that did not work,,and found a foundation jack under house,,his missed a cracked window,,,fogged up window,,, bad toilet i had to replace and much more.Find another company,,i spent $527.00 on half $@!#% inspection. Don't use company your realtor recommends,,they work in each others favor!!
