The inspection was very "Average" compared to other home inspections I've had done on the 8 other homes I have bought and sold. I would not use this company again due to the shallow inspection of the HVAC system they conducted - missed some major repair needs. also there is a definite " Bait and Switch" approach going on with warranty that they state concerning what they miss. I suggest home owners look elsewhere !
