I had a great experience with ProTech Home & Property Inspections. Two inspectors came out to do the inspection for us and they did a wonderful job. They were very thorough in their inspection and report. They not only generated a report but went over it with me in detail and explained what I would need to do and why. They examined the roof, the attic, the crawlspace--they covered everything. Their report was very thorough and definitely helped in our process. They were very accommodating of our needs regarding time; for instance, when we had to reschedule on our end they were fine with it and showed up on the dot at the new appointment. They were very responsive to any queries we had and stayed a little afterwards because my wife and our real estate agent had a few questions. They even left contact information with us when they left, in case we had followup questions. Overall, I've been very satisfied.
