Everything worked out perfectly with Elizabeth Shutters. Everything was itemized on the contract--the installation, the feedback, the date it was supposed to be installed. Actually, they installed the shutters three days before the regular installation date. As far as the quality goes, everything is excellent. They came in and were quick and clean. They were just very excellent. I would use them again if I had more windows!
