Elizabeth Shutters did everything good for the most part. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the way the holes and repairs were filled around the areas where the drapes were. The cost is also a bit pricey, but I wanted to get something nice and I knew what I was getting into.

Other than that, the quality of the material and knowledge of the installers made everything perfect. Anthony has been working with the company for a long time and has good experience. He gave great suggestions on shutters because we needed to replace several drapes we'd had for years.

We ended up getting slider shutters in our bedroom and living room, and we're so satisfied with the difference. The rooms look bigger, they help keep the heat out, and when the shutters slide shut, it's almost the same as the blackout drapes. I still have one more room I'm thinking about getting re-done: a den/living room that we use for different things. There are still decisions I need to make, but I will definitely call Elizabeth Shutters to do the job. The cost is pricey, but I consider it an investment, it just feels better being in the rooms. And I've gotten compliments from the neighbors across the street.
