Purchased on 4-11-2023 installed 6-2-2023. Waited a little over 7 weeks. Sales guy came out to measure 1-1/2 weeks after the sale. A week later another person came out to measure. When shutters were installed, one of the hinges was not in line with the rest of the hinges, which we noticed after they left. Sent text to sales person about the situation and he said the shutter panel would need to be removed to relocate the hinge in the shop. We also noticed light coming through the top section of shutters, which we were told could be adjusted with a screw driver. He said customer service would contact us to set up time to remove shutter. We’ve now waited almost 2 weeks now and nothing has been scheduled with customer service to fix the hinge location. We have been paid in full and now feel this is getting dragged out. Please see attached picture of the hinge and how much light come though when shutters are closed. We also had been told we would be provided with a wand to open the shutters and we were only given a white 2x2 and asked to put a hook on it. This was part of our purchase package and believe this should be provided. We are not very happy with customer service and installed product at this point.
