Shutters are shutters so I can't comment on the quality other than to say they do look nice. But customer service does not match they very expensive price they charge. We were promised delivery in about 8 weeks, but it was closer to 13 weeks. But the insult was the installation. First the installer was flat out rude and unprofessional. We paid for removal of our existing blinds and shutters which did not happen, rather we were left with massive trash to we had to pickup from the floor. The installer was upset he had to move small pieces of furniture and showed his anger by not putting back any of the furniture. Basically, he installed the shutters and left his trash for us to pick-up and furniture to move back in place. No phone call from the company after the install to check on the service, but they sure did charge us for the balance. Shop around, they charge full-service prices but offer discount service.
