DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They a complete disaster and have TERRIBLE customer service. Their slogan of the "last honest shutter company" is a complete joke! I scheduled an appointment to have a representative provide a quote between 1000 a.m. - 1100 a.m. I get a call from an employee "Anthony" at 830 a.m. who explained he was "too busy" to be at my house on time, and would be lucky to arrive by 1100 a.m. He called at 1130 a.m. and said it will be several hours before could get to me. No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience," nothing! His attitude was poor, uncaring, and indifferent. He didn't care he was going to be hours late and made is seem as though it was normal business practice. I called to speak with a supervisor and no one was available. I rearranged my day for this appointment. It is clear "Anthony" and Elizabeth Shutters does not care about their customers
