We hired Elizabeth Shutters to install shutters on the windows in our whole house. It has quite a few windows. The only one I didn't do was the big slider, but I may call Elizabeth Shutters sometime in the future. Right now, I like having it open. The staff at Elizabeth Shutters made it very easy to order everything. The shutters arrived and were installed in the expected timeframe. They're not the cheapest shutters out there, but if you're looking for quality, Elizabeth Shutters offers a great product. I did call once for service and they sent me a replacement pin but it was the wrong size. For now, I have rigged something that works well and I'm not too worried about it. Our experience with Elizabeth Shutters was very good.
