Elizabeth Shutters installed shutters in five rooms. The salesman that sold me the shutters told me that they were guaranteed for the life of the shutter. A couple of years down the road I have had some paint peeling from them. I called them and it did take a while for them to get back to me. The paint peeling was not guaranteed under the life of the shutters because I live in a high moister area. It is in the fine print of the information that they give you when you purchase them. They wanted me to hire them to come out and take care of the paint peeling and I declined that service. At first, I was super happy with them but now that there is an issue that they will charge me to fix it has just sat with me the wrong way.
