What a shame! We hade our entire home done by ES 11 years ago, roughly $5-$6K worth of work and to this day, they still look and operate great HOWEVER!!!!!, I needed a couple sets of hinges and screws after we did some remodeling and the original parts were somehow lost. I have spent the past 2 MONTHS on the phone trying to obtain those very simple parts and it has been a DISASTER!!!! How hard can it possibly be to send these items to me? Whomever Maggie & Lydia (or may be Linda) are, they are COMPLETELY WORTHLESS customer service reps. Repeating saying they have "put them in the mail", do not return my phone calls...….pretty sad my initial great experience has to end this way because they are TOO LAZY or just too DUMB to send a good customer a couple of parts!!!!!
