As a guy who lives alone, I appreciated going into Elizabeth Shutters to work with a salesperson. The salesperson helped narrow down my choices. I ended up with a nice product that I am happy to have in my house. The installation went smoothly. The installer was prompt and really nice. I had a slight problem when the shutters were almost a year old. A gap had appeared near the top where the horizontal piece linked the entire shutter unit together. I was able to fix it myself, which was easier than calling the company. Overall, I like the shutters from Elizabeth Shutters and they look good in my house.
