Elizabeth Shutters was great! They put new shutters in that open half way for me!! The top stays closed and the bottom opens which is really convenient for me! This was my first time using Elizabeth Shutters but I really like what they did! I have already recommended them to family and friends! The crew must have been good because I would definitely have said something if they hadn't been. The only thing I wish I had been left with is a manual of some sort as I don't know how to tighten them, but I have their web site and will contact them about that as well as repainting them. I am grateful for my shutters!!
