The only thing I would change is its kind of stupid to have to fill out your customer service report right in front of your installer. That should be done privately later without the intimidation of signing a form in person.

I worked in the field for 35 years as a customer service REp for a large water utility. We NEVER gave customer surveys in front of the customer.
Your results will change once you change that misleading metric.

Love my shutters, however it takes some effort to close all shutters by hand and some shutters open and close harder.
