I went with your company because you were referred by someone I trust. As it turns out, your service is less than good. people are nice but would not accommodate a time at all. it was what ever time they felt like showing up. I work, without work I can't pay you. but, these are the events. 1)sales person shows up to take measurement and quote 2)we agree and make appointment to confirm measurements 3)a second person comes to take measurements 4) again they come take measurements and confirm design. 5) they show up on time (good) but the design what not what we ordered. we allowed to "mickey mouse" the shutters to work as I wanted them to work and after all the measurements the corner was not measured correctly. had to come back 6) finally they come back but the shutter were supposed to be split, he cut them but was not happy how they worked. was assured if they put the apparatus in the shutter would work perfectly. 7)completed job. the last few times they came after work. reluctantly but they must have felt sorry for us. I did receive a "dinner and a movie" gift card, thank you. my preference would have been the job be done right the first time. At this point I can tell the splitting with that apparatus will be temporary and I will be calling you in a few years because they are already getting loose. especially the ones used regularly. that's my story. but it's done for now.
