I've used Randy's Electric many times. The most recent job was an emergency situation. I was getting ready to go into knee surgery. And my kitchen outlets weren't working. I plugged my appliances in, and they didn't work. And I needed them fixed before surgery. So Friday I called and asked if they could fix them before surgery. So they sent someone out that day. And the cost was the same as it would've been if they had come on Monday. I like using Randy's Electric because they're a Christian organization. That's how I connected with them was through an advertisement in the Christian business directory they put out by Lifeway. The service has been good. They're prompt. They came when they said they were going to. They've done quite a few things for me. If someone were needing electrical services, I would tell them I am very satisfied with what they have done. They did a nice job. Plus they cleaned up after themselves. That's a real plus for customers! They're always courteous. I even receive thank you notes from Randy. They've got good customer service. The technicians are friendly too. My kitchen fixture needed replacing. It's 4 1/2 feet long and 18-24 inches wide. I couldn't handle it myself. I'm 82 and don't have a car either. So they offered to buy another one for me and install it. I would recommend Randy's Electric to my family and friends. In fact, I already have.
