Disappointed for the first time in about 30 years of your service
I have been using you for approximately 30 years and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. When scheduling my bi-annual HVAC check-up, I requested that the technician have copper tubing insulation in order to repair or replace the insulation from the copper line at the compressor. The ticket was notated as such and the technician even told my daughter while servicing the unit he would be back to place the insulation on the Freon line. A few days passed and the technician had not returned therefore I called to inquire and was basically told that I could purchase the insulation at Home Depot. I met John Freund about 30 years ago and have used Comfort Air since then and I do not believe this would have been acceptable to him.
