The technician came to investigate a strange noise in our unit. My hope was that any expensive damage could be avoided. Unfortunately, we will have to wait it out but it was very helpful in knowing approximately how much expense we will be faced with when the motor finally dies. Ultimately, the service was helpful and informative and will lead to a much easier financial burden in the future. Professional and responsive service was appreciated.
