Considering the issues we had with our HVAC which stared 5/27/17, our overall experience was a good one. We had multiple tech visits from 5/27 - 7/21 and all were very polite and efficient. We have no complaints at all with the service we received. Victor and Brian became our main contacts during this time, and we very much appreciate the care and concern we received from them. Michael Gomez was our last tech to have to complete the installation of the sound blanket Friday night 7/21. He was very nice and did not seemed bothered at all by the late call. It all worked out fine, and we so appreciate everyone's hard work in getting our unit up and running the way it is supposed to.
