I was somewhat disappointed in the length of time it took to get someone out, but, I understand that you have many customers.
I've dealt with Comfort Air and Primo for many, many years. I know the Freund's ( I used to sell to them when I was with Mechanical Reps). I've always been very happy with the organization...and have referred many people to the organization. I must say, however, that I am concerned that I received no written bill about work that was done. I was given an amount and was asked to sign a pad. Apart from that, I have no evidence that they were even out to my place. While I feel that the cost was high, I will trust the integrity of the Freund family to assure that I was legitimately billed. I would still like to have a written statement of the work done and a breakdown of the costs.
