Homeowner's Choice worked with our insurance company to get them to pay for our roof replacement. Jasmine Hernandez coordinate this for us. Our insurance company sent us a check for the depreciated value of the roof, and we used that check plus our deductible plus a small payment to upgrade our roof to make the initial payment. Then, once the roof of on and inspected by the county, we signed a certificate of completion. Homeowner's Choice used that certificate to get the final payment from our insurer. So, we were able to completely replace and update our 18-year old roof for about $1,340.00 out of pocket.
The work was completed in about a day and a half, with almost no damage to our lawn or shrubs. Altogether, we had an excellent experience.
