Cross gates athletics club is a very nice esablishment but for me the decor does not justify the price for the service. I will admit they do have one of the nicest facilities this side of lake ponchatrain. Although their facilities are very large they seem to have grouped all of the free weights in a very confined room which rarely is big enough for everyone who wants to work out.
