I had Alan Smith company give me a quote on a remodel of my pool. There were so many mistakes on the quote. When I brought them up to the person we were working with he apologized and agreed there were errors made. We had an appointment at their showroom and the person we were meeting with was not even there when we got there. He was 10 minutes late and totally unprepared for us. I called Alan Smith and told them how unhappy we were. She told me a manager would call me back immediately when we got off the phone. That was a week ago and we still have not heard back from anyone. DO NOT waste your time on this company. They are incompetent and do not call back.
