Alan Smith Pool Plastering removed the plaster on my pool and applied pebble-tech to it, which is a pebble finish. They also updated the pool filter. It went pretty smoothly. I was very impressed with the customer service feedback I received. I knew where the crew was at all times and what they were doing. The sales representative, Brett, was well educated, professional, and gave me good feedback. They just made one small error, which was that there was a miscommunication around one of the items and they forgot to install it. They resolved the issue, but it was still a slight disappointment. I did get lower bids from other companies, but I went with them because of the quality of work. They come highly recommended and you do need to pay for good quality.
