Run and Run fast..............look for other options as in a local company to help you!

Walk away, do not use them..........in my case they were not helpful at all.....from the very beginning they did not disclose all info regarding this whole process....
The only counseling I received was to cancel my phone and cancel my cable and pretty much live without anything extra..........I dont have cable TV or internet.....
but I refuse to give up my only means of communication.
I got behind with my payments due to medical bills and having some medical issues....and No you cannot include medical bills in their program...
So after 3 months of missing payments they CCCS dropped me from the program without any notice of any kind and then lied about it, saying my creditors dropped me......I contacted all of my creditors and they told me exactly the opposite, that they had received notification from CCCS that they had dropped me....
also when you call in to speak to a representative you always get someone different and even though they are reviewing your account you get a different answer. Some cant even speak very good English.
Very hard to understand............
I am so over this program and Company. I will take back my Creditors and pay them myself.........Big burden off my back............never had a good feeling from the beginning about them.............
