I came to them asking them if I enrolled if they would take all the accounts that I had been 4 months behind on and stop the collection calls to which they confidently agreed. I paid the initial fee and first months fee plus the 5 dollar monthly fee AND they did not accept all my accounts. When complaining the guy on the phone just said well "typically" we don't have any problems. I explained how they should have told me what would be causal for non acceptance and he didn't seem to care. I am now sending money to them that Capital One will not accept and therefore they are "posting to my account", but that is not being applied to my debt. Don't bother asking for a refund on money not applied to inactive accounts. They don't help with that. I am now also getting further into debt because I have paid them what I have and they are not sending that money over which means I am still being hit with all the late fees. And of course, the collection calls will not stop. They also will not let me out of my contract with them, but will drop the accounts that will not be accepted. BAD business!!
